All of North Shore's goods are handmade in a tiny but newly-renovated 70 year old cabin in the woods.  A modern stainless steel still and a traditional copper alembic still, hand-hammered in Portugal, creates wild botanical hydrosols and essential oils that not only smell like the Canadian woods...they are the woods.
